We specialize in the assembly and processing of home appliances and electronic devices. Our compact organization gives us the flexibility to respond quickly, while combining efficient production processes with Japanese-standard quality control to stay cost-competitive. Small-team line production lets us adapt swiftly to changing needs.
Our parent company, Dainichi Denshi Co., Ltd., was founded in 1972. Starting from connectors and cables, it has supplied parts and products to Japanese electronics manufacturers for over 50 years. Our Vietnam plant is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
Since our founding in October 2016, we are pleased to reach this 10-year milestone in 2026. This would not have been possible without the trust of our customers, the collaboration of our partner companies, and the dedication of every member of our team. Building on our strength in flexible, cost-effective production, we will keep striving for growth in the decade ahead.

Flexible line production with small teams
We size each line to the product and the process at hand. Because experienced workers each cover a wide span of the process, we avoid the lost time that comes from overly fragmented steps — bringing the advantages of cell production into a line.
Easy-to-follow visual SOPs
Photo-heavy SOPs eliminate the language barrier between Vietnamese and Japanese staff. Visitors can also understand production status at a glance.
Flexible data management
Using general-purpose software, we flexibly meet detailed management requirements. We are now rolling out AI-assisted production management so we can handle even more complex requests.

The TV100, a cordless jobsite TV sold under the Makita brand. A 10-inch screen with digital terrestrial and 1seg reception, built-in radio and Bluetooth, and a waterproof build, running on Makita's own tool batteries. What we learned producing it in volume gave rise to our own model below.

Our own model, developed from what we learned in the contract production above. Building on it, we adjust specs to each brand — battery capacity, color and logo customization, and added features such as wide FM support or waterproofing.

Assembly and inspection of high-cosmetic products
ODM / From development to volume production
We handle assembly and 100% inspection for silicone products where no scratch or step is acceptable. Molding is entrusted to a partner factory, while we coordinate the development project and manage the supplier. To reach a level where the parting line is invisible, we work alongside them from refining molding conditions through to the volume launch.

We process wiring used in railway platform door systems, meeting a zero-defect quality standard. Where we cannot win on cost against local firms, we answer with an absolute guarantee of quality.
Keeping a baby's very first voice.
A keepsake that records a baby's first cry at the maternity hospital and is given to the parents on discharge. It is our own product, from concept through manufacturing — a second pillar alongside our contract production.
The sound of that first moment can never be recorded again. This product keeps that one-time sound with the family.

When production sits in one place, a change in tariffs, exchange rates or logistics leaves you with no move to make. We increasingly receive enquiries about becoming a transfer destination — so that you have another option.
Japanese staff are based on site in Vietnam, so you can work with us directly in Japanese. Small lines make the process easy to survey, keeping you aware of what is happening where. We can also start with a single model in small volumes.
For development, we leverage our head office engineering department and a network of design partners for flexible, cost-effective development.
